Packaging: While appealing to the eye, it was poor quality. The box is flimsy with cheap plastic internals meant to hold everything in place. The packaging was definitely not secure as the whole thing was held closed with one small adhesive dot, and the plastic internals were not secured together, causing one screw to fall out while opening (luckily I caught it as it was falling). This was nothing like the package renderings, and I was afraid it would be subpar when the pic of the actual packaging was posted.
Finish: This is the one thing I am most impressed with. The black oxide coating is one of the smoothest I have ever felt. There are no rough spots or machining marks. The one con... the finish of the screws doesn't match and I thought the renderings had screws that matched the body color.
Bearing: JUNK. Luckily it can be replaced because this is one of the worst bearings I have ever come across.
Bearing retention: More of a pain than I was expecting. To get the bearing to sit flush and even all the way around is tedious and doesn't last long - within two spins, the screws loosen enough for the bearing to move slightly and create an annoying wobble.
Caps: Not bad but nothing special. There's something about them that just feels... Eh...
Overall, sitting on my desk, it looks wonderful... simple and sleek. The design did show promise but the execution fell short... it definitely did not turn out to be as stunning as the renderings. Good first attempt, but plenty to reconsider if attempted again in the future. A bearing retention ring with an r188 bearing would be far superior. The caps having a slightly larger circumference would be nicer - so the edge of the bearing isn't visible. Packaging needs to be more secure. Yes, I sound petty, but something with an MSRP of $100 and a sale price of $50 should leave the customer feeling satisfied.
UPDATE: Using a Kong r188 adapter from Fidget HQ, the brass bodied Remedy spinner goes from a noisy and activating 2:13 to a quiet and smooth 5:54. The biggest plus is not the spin time, but the smoothness and quietness of the spin. Also, the zig zag on the side of the Kong adapter seems to give the screws of the Remedy something to bite onto and keep the spinner body from moving and creating an uneven bearing/adapter and wobble. Sad that we have to spend an additional $20+ to make this enjoyable.

is the 'full stainless steel' the correct bearing that is in the konr188? i am fairly new to this
