Mine arrived! I love it.
Is it loud? Yes. Very loud. My closest co-worker is about twenty feet or so away and I guarantee she can hear it. “But people can hear keyboards, etc.” you may counter. “True, but typing is the norm in an office and fidget spinning is not, and a more isolated sound may be annoying.” This is definitely something you shouldn’t use around family members or in class. Now, my only experience with a fidget spinner is my kid's little cheap one, so this is my first and last spinner; I wanted it to be a good one.
I'm familiar with Rama from the mechanical keyboard community, and there we're used to purchasing unassembled kits that we build ourselves. At least, that's if you buy custom keyboards. You easily can buy them pre-assembled, but if you really want to customize them then you buy them as bare kits.
So my spinner arrived today and it came wholly intact. That said, the tape on the front flap of the box was loose, but thankfully it didn't come off entirely and the box was wrapped snugly in air pouches. Inside, everything was set correctly in their respective tray slots, though retrospectively I think they should have taped the two halves together. The screws were in their slots as well, but, hearing from everyone who lost one or two or three, I think the screws should have been placed in a separate baggie under the tray.
In the box you’re presented with a nice folded card of simple instructions regarding assembly, and there is an included Allen/hex wrench. My only recommendation to the instructions is that you screw the screws on a flat surface near an edge so that you can keep the spinner completely flat while still being able to turn the wrench in full cycles. (Just don't lose the screws in the process!)
The finish on mine is divine. No defects. I purchased the Rose Gold Brass version, but I do think that the rose gold is too pink than other rose gold hues to which I'm accustomed.
And, yes, it's loud. I will be purchasing a Kong spinning thingy replacement for this. Do I regret spending $50 on it? No; it's actually not bad for the heft it has, but I have a mindset coming from the mechanical keyboard community. I have to realize that maybe it's different in the spinner community. Many may assume these things should come pre-assembled, and that $50 is a bit high for a fidget toy, and it should be flawless from the get-go. Thankfully, the only "flaw" for me was the sound, but I don't mind getting replacement beads.
As I mentioned, I do not have much experience with fidget spinners, so the duration of the spin is a non-issue for me, but I realize, because I'm so nascent to this, that I ought to leave that to those more experienced than me.
All in all, very satisfied, and I hope that those who received damaged or missing items get their product in full working order.
Edit: I looked over the the instructions again and noticed that it states: "insert bearing of your choice." Perhaps if this were touted as more of a spinner case with included bearing that would've alleviated future confusion, but then again the Rama buttons wouldn't be useable.
Also, I find mine a little more difficult to balance on one finger than the cheap plastic one I tried, but it could be because mine is a heavier material. I will investigate further.

romeviLooks great! Glad to hear another person is enjoying their purchase as well. Was actually debating between your color combination and the solid brass. Chose the rose gold and black but contacted support to change to solid brass and gunmetal grey. Not regretting at all atm.

10db would be nearly inaudible. It's not nearly inaudible. Maybe comparing bearings in pristine condition compared to those in a product so poorly packed that it arrives incomplete isn't a fair comparison.

romeviI got the solid brass as you know and I can balance mine on one finger very very well. Much better then my other much cheaper spinners. I spent atleast 10+mins installing my bearing, making sure I got it perfectly aligned at all three focal points.
Rama should've created a better design for installing the spinner since many many people are having problems with installing the bearing and blaming only the bearing for the low spin times. Though I agree the bearing is subpar for the price.

Dude... stop trolling and get out of here. I am reporting every one of these comments to Massdrop as this is unethical. Stop trying to use this poor drop to promote your products!

SegaGen3sisOkay, so I re-applied the bearing. I unscrewed them all and tried to get them perfectly aligned. Only one seems to be slightly tighter than the other two, but I definitely noticed a longer spin time than before.
It's a little more balanced now, too, when I spin it on my thumb only.
