Well just received mine today in the Uk, i had too pay £15 import tax which is normally the case but when I got home and opened the box I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a polished brass but the only the 2 flat sides are polished, the edges look like they have just came off the machine. The bearing is extremely cheap and got too be the noisiest I've heard in a spinner. When spinning it also has a wobble to it which I defently wasn't expecting from something this expensive. The instructions tell you too put it on a flat surface too install the bearing but as the bearing is wider than the hole this means you have the bearing protruding on one side. I'm not the sort of person too usually complain but all in all I wish I wouldn't have bothered and cancelled my order when I had doubts.

rpjones93Er... you're not supposed to screw in the thumb grips before you set the bearing. Take those off, recenter the bearing, and then screw in the thumb grips.

thwopActually. I did it first without the thumb caps. Horrible alignment. No matter the surface aka level. Did it with the caps on. Perfect. 1 day later, misaligned. I love what Rama does but this turned out bad. Still EDC it though.

BrainFlushHmm, could you add a picture of this please? Mine is DEFINITELY not wider than the hole. I inserted the bearing into the device on a table, and very gently screwed in the 3 grub screws. Sat fine, except for the actual jank that is the bearing.
As for coming misaligned after a day, you're lucky; mine is misaligned after a few spins.
