Update: 10/11/2017 Alrighty, so. I wrote up a review on the spinner when I originally received it. I'm sure its not hard to find but basically, I loved the spinner body and design but the bearing was ass and a half.
So here we are today, however many weeks after, and i received my replacement bearing as of yesterday. I fell in love with my spinner all over again. I have absolutely no regret in putting in a ticket and giving MD a chance to remidiate the issue. I could have taken a full refund and purchased my own bearing but I also am happy to provide and maintain business wait companies i enjoy doing business with and I am very satisfied with the replacement.
So the bearing was received yesterday in a tiny ziplock baggie with even more grub screws (i now have like ~10 spare screws lol). I replaced the old bearing with the new and its a complete night and day difference.
The new bearing is incredibly silent. Its very smooth and has a very satisfying spin. The new bearing, as described by another commenter, is a twolions bearing with red ball bearing covers on both sides. I ensured it was as level and even as possible when installing so I don't notice any wobble or imbalance in the bearing. Sure, it might never be machine perfect but what do you expect from a bearing you have to put in yourself. But by in large, if there is any wobble, its virtually unnoticable.
As for spin time, And im going to be as blunt and honest as possible, who the -fck- cares. Sure, I might take pride in the fact if my spinner spins for 10 an a half minutes but who honestly is spinning their spinner that long on one flick. For normal or regular use, where im figeting with it, I am usually spinning for a brief period before I adjust and spin it again. Rinse and repeat. Aside from the occasions where i set it down and ask myself "how long can i actually make this spin for if I spin it as hard as I can" I honestly never see me caring if my spinner spins for longer than 3-4 minutes. This spinner hits my spin time goals by a long shot. I don't see me ever complaining that it slowed down too much before I was ready to give it another spin. If you are the kind of person that spins their spinners and let them sit spinning for minutes on end, this might be a gripe you have with this bearing. But for those that are more active with thier spinners, This is such a non-issue. The smooth and satisfying spin / quietness of the spinner vastly outweighs the fact that it doesnt spin for days on a single spin.
Overall, I am very happy with the replacement sent. Its incredibly quiet, smooth as silk, and spins long enough for most users. To add to this, between the first batch of replacement screws and those which came with the replacement bearing. I have enough screws to replace them like 3 times over.

PuppetCouldn't agree more. I use it as a fidget spinner and I only need it to spin between flicks. I have spiners that I have never ever timed because it doesn't matter to me.
Cool that you are happy now.
