It has been over a year, and I use these headphones every day, but not for gaming. I use them in an office environment. Love the fold-up microphone boom and how it automatically mutes when not in use. I bought adapters for my computer and also for my Cisco IP Phone. Voice quality is excellent and they sound great. Headphones are also comfortable.

Thinking about getting these as a spare pair. Not sure if you would know, but based on the model, I would think they would be a stereo version of the PC373D?
Destado1
Yep, that's correct. They are also matte black and have no processing on the mic, so they sound a lot better mic wise.

Absolutely love it. The off and on switch using the microphone arm is awesome to keep the coms clear when playing within a group. The earcups are huge and don't press against the ears. Great for an extended amount of time use.
Sound quality is very good comparing to my other ~$100 headphones. Clear, crisp and directional. Very good for spotting other players via aurally.
I don't drop it and have been using it daily for more than 6 months.

I've had these for about 8 months now. I also own a pair of m50x and Sennheiser HD558's. These are my go-to whenever I'm at home. Really comfortable, sound great (especially for the price), and the mic has worked great during calls or gaming while I'm at my computer. They've held up fine so durability and all of that checks out for me too. Would be quick to recommend to anyone looking for a headset at this price point.

Buy these and a Blue Snowball with a mic arm if you have the budget and desk space, I made the mistake of buying the Audio-Technica ATH-AD700X the day before this dropped but I hope you enjoy because this is defiantly a must buy!
Sorry for the late reply -- these sound great. Better is subjective as they're very different all around, but I love how comfortable the PC37x is and having an adjustable microphone is really convenient for online voice chats and things of that sort. The volume control is great to have, too. I don't think the quality of the mic is anything special, but it'd be fine for gaming, voice chats, etc.

They are different from normal headphones. The volume on the side acts more as an amplifier. Good quality product that you don't have to worry about breaking. My other headsets would break where the headphones connect to the band. These have some give helping with that, so far no sign of damage. They are very comfortable, with the feeling of Bose airline headsets with less pressure. The sound leaks some from the headphone but with normal volume they are fine. Outside noise can be herd but is cut down. The microphone is good with the mute function being you raise this mic ( you will hear a click). I like this better than the normal switch because you always know if it is muted or not. I recommend these for anyone looking for headphones with a microphone. It is good for gaming, music or movies. 8/10

These are not powered headphones. The volume on the side simply attenuates the signal, it is not an amplifier.

This review is coming from the perspective of someone who has owned many pairs of consumer and audiophile headphones. I have 3 pairs of Sennheiser headphones aside from this pair. These are amazing for the price. If these didn't have the microphone, I would put these on par with some of Sennheisers $250+ headphones.
The sound quality is amazing and everything is super well balanced. If you have a sound card in your rig, these perform even better. Surround sound is super good too.
Mic quality is on par with a Blue Yeti mic. Its a blessing and curse. Do not keep this close to your mouth or everyone can hear you breathe or swallow. The mic is sensitive and does not need to be close to you. The boom mic flips up to mute and there is a wheel on the right earcup that allows you to control the volume on the headset. Very handy.
Build quality is superb. As always, this headphone can be hand dissembled and cleaned. Even though the head band is like a plastic, it is very strong and never once have I not had faith in it. The ear and head pads are really awesome as well. Easy to clean and large enough to give ample coverage.
The cord is braided and interchangeable. It is about 6 feet long so no worries on length. It plugs in on the left ear cup and it isn't loose.
I highly recommend these headphones. For those that are looking for some low key high quality headphones, these are it!

Fair enough. My Gear that powers them probably isn’t The best. Actually I know it isn’t. I did say that they are on par And I recognize the potential misleading information. Apologies for the confusion.

Yeah, I really don't want to take away from this product, it's a great price for what it is, I just didn't want someone coming along thinking "Oh wow, this is cheaper and every bit as good as the 58X."
As for the mic, it's great at what it's for... Talking in-game, on Discord, Vent, Mumble, etc. Those compress the audio anyways, making the better quality of something like the Yeti not a drastic improvement in this use case. The second mic for noise cancelling will do a good job removing background noise and make it nice and easy for people to understand what you're saying. The noise cancelling isn't perfect though, so it will also end up removing some detail from the audio it's recording. tl;dr, the mic is great for gaming communication, but not great for recording and editing quality audio.

It's been close to a year with this headset now, around 10 or 11 months. Gotta say, really solid. Great for gaming, movies, YT, music, you name it, it does it pretty damn well, especially for the price. The cable makes zero noise despite being detachable as well. The mic, despite looking like a radio antenna, is amazing. I play online with a lot of different people in games and have never once had a complaint about the quality. They've also survived 2 or 3 MINOR drops. There is ONE small issue though, not sure if it's just my pair or if it was just some weird design choice, but for some reason, the volume wheel doesn't go down to zero. As a matter of fact, while watching YouTube with site volume and system volume on 100, the volume wheel basically stays at its lowest position. Also, this isn't an issue for me (yet) but it DOES use some smaller, seemingly proprietary version of an audio jack, so keep that in mind if it's important to you. So, yeah. I'm not an audiophile but I definitely noticed a sound difference going from my SteelSeries Arctis 3's to this (they broke). I wanted something a bit more high-quality just to be safe, and these have been a great and worthwhile step up.

Great gaming headset, mic quality is quite good although I do use a desk mic. They can also be used for light music listening and do sound great. Many people are having issues but not me, the sound like a proper headset and not like 7.1 dolby garbage.

I love this headset but I really just have one issue, the plosive is really bad. I haven't found a good way to fix it and if someone can help me that would be great. Other than that I love this thing!

Use them mainly for gaming and they provide you with everything you could possibly want from them. The sound is fantastically clear. Partnered these with a new sound card that i bought afterwards to get the most from these headphones and is comparable to a hifi. Also the microphone quality is a lot higher than i was expecting and is more than acceptable for any voice calls or any live streaming you may wish to do.

This headset is by far the best I have owned, the audio and mic quality is amazing for it's price point and it is very comfortable. I am still trying to adjust it to fit my big ears but overall a very good purchase!

I've had this for over a year now, very happy with the headset.

The right ear-pad seems to be louder than the left.

I've had these for one month, and bought them based on the reviews of several tech guys on YouTube. I love them.

I love the headset but was not really trying to order it I did talk to the staff with in the day I ordered the product but evidently it was shipped... anyway it did all work out in the end and I do like the headset a lot.

Just really good

Overall these are great. The mic element for me was clear and crisp. They feel great on the head as well. The only thing I don't like about them is the open back design. The open backs seem to flatten the sound stage out and you loose a lot of the lows thought a little EQ will do wonders.

The headphone quality of these is not good at all because they are so bright. If you want your game to actually sound good, you are going to need to boost the bass. Making a gaming headset with weak bass seems like a huge mistake. I gave up on using these because the treble peaks are hurting my ears.

FuckHead-Fi
Bass is bad for competetive gaming because it usually clouds the footsteps ( except on planars ), so it's not really an mistake. I didn't tried the PC37X, but i have HD 598 which is about the same i guess and they have good bass even ppl say they're zero bass ones, just needs time to get used and then u wont look back. Probs ppl are just used to muffled/muddy sound.

Some of the cleanest audio I have ever experienced. I bought this headset and hooked it up to my SYBA DAC / AMP combo and I cannot fault it in any way. The build quality is fantastic and very durable. It is lightweight and conforms to my head perfectly without any pain after hours of wearing it. Being able to accurately differentiate different directions in games is a huge plus, the sound stage is incredible. The microphone quality is by far, the best on the market for a headset, good luck finding a better one hooked up to a headset from the factor, it won't happen.

DON'T BUY: The mic picks up everything, including the sound coming from your headphones. You can't play games, or watch Youtube without everyone in discord being able to hear it. sound is good tho
