I got mine about a month ago, here are some thoughts -
Comfort - These are pretty great in regards to other headsets, but I'm going to be critical and compare them to my favorite headphones, the HD 598's. The clamp on these bad boys is crazy compared to the 598's. Where the 598's are a gentle pillow resting against my head, the PC37X are a bit more rough. The pads are kind of hard compared to the 598's as well. The hard pads paired with the clamp factor makes these initally uncomfortable, but after about 5-10 minutes they settle into a good place and I forget they're there. The longest session I've had with these was about 4-5 hours and I didn't have any fatigue. Also on comfort, I'd like to mention that the cups themselves are a little smaller. If they are on my head just the wrong way, I can feel the tips of my ears resting on the pads slightly. It can be fixed by readjusting, but if the cups were larger it wouldn't be an issue. Sound - I have 2 pairs of 598's I've been using for about a year. The PC37X's sound very similar, however they leave a bit to be desired on the high end. The low end was fine IMO, no issues there. Setup: PCIe Audigy RX -> Sound Blaster G5 -> PC37X. I have the "sound enhancement" items off. Mic - Sounds fine. I've had no issues. I have only used it with the Sound Blaster G5 though, I didn't try running it through my mobo or my Audigy RX. My friends haven't complained about the quality at all, and from what I've heard from the echo service it's alright. Not the best of course, but not bad. I also put a pop filter over the mic, but that's more because I had one lying around and I wanted to use it. There was no noticeable difference in quality with the pop filter. Hardware - The mic muting feature is nice. It feels nice, looks nice, and just works. The volume knob on the side is more convenient that I thought it would have been, I find myself turning the G5 up to around 30-40% volume and just using the knob to regulate the volume.
Feel free to ask me questions! Hope this helps!

PixelFruitloopsMuting the mic by just flipping the mic up is very handy.

PixelFruitloopsI don't know why they designed these with smaller ear cups. I wish they would make them the same size as the 555, or 598s, that's a big reason I may not be buying these. What is the logical reason for smaller ear cups? That only younger people will want to use them for gaming? But, there are a lot of adults with larger ears that game.

Larry_BI have, in my opinion, fairly large ears and these fit fine. You want small cups look at Beats or Audio Technica M50.

AshhongFor me, the issue arises when they are not tilted on my head properly. When they are tilted more towards the back of my head (the comfy lazy way I wear my 598's), the tips of my ears rest on the cups. It hurts my ears to have them rest on the cups, so I have to tilt the headphones forward a bit. This puts a tad bit more strain on the top of my head rather than my ears. Personally, I am ok with that because the feeling goes away after a few minutes. The real thing I want people to get out of my mini-review is that the headphones are initially uncomfortable, but settle into a good place after 5-10 min. So, not a deal breaker, but defs not as comfy as the godly 598's.

Larry_BUh, I have these PC37X and HD599, feel and look the same size to me. That said, both of these are new this year, and I haven't broken in the pads yet or anything (I find them both very comfortable right out of the box, the oval shape is great and the pads are soft).
Clamping force on both is snug but oddly more comfortable than most other headphones I've tried. I've got a gear list on head-fi, everyone's ears are different but still I feel like it says something where I have ~ 15 headphones/earphones at home right now, and these two tie for second place for most comfort.
