Got mine a couple days ago, been using it since and the headphones sound good. The sound was muffled at first but after replugging the cable in with the volume control on max on the headset, the sound driver on my computer properly configured itself for the impedance of the headset.
Microphone I only started using today and it was not working at all for a while. After frustratingly unplugging and replugging in the cable on the headset and computer it still did not work. I tried changing some settings on the sound driver and windows sound control panel but nothing there worked either.
I ended up getting the microphone working by rotating the plug in the headset around until the microphone worked. This seems like I got a defective unit or cable as the cable has no rotational spigots or other orientation guides, so it should work with 360 degrees rotation. Sometimes the microphone will stop working randomly and I need to adjust the plug again for it to work.

PacboughHey Pacbough - You shouldn't have to adjust the cable like that to get your microphone to work. Send us a support ticket, and we'll work with you on getting that fixed.
