Who do you contact for issues with the headset? My mic stopped working. Other than that they easily beat out my razer headset.

FeebsMy mic was not working either. I contacted customer service last week and still did not hear back from them. Very disappointing. If you get a hold of them, please let me know. Good luck!

jpmasudNo the issue has not been resolved still. I contacted the customer service several weeks ago and they still haven't replied yet... When did you receive yours?

vintrovenasI'm still in the same boat as both of you. I contacted customer support about 3 weeks ago now and never got a response. I hate to say it but the majority of stuff I have gotten from massdrop lately has had issues. From this headset and the mic continually going out only to work again without for no apparent reason. I got an a racing chair that had the base scratched and dinged up along with a few broken plastic cover peices for like the lift tube and side panel screw hiders. A makeup brush set for the wife that srrived with two broken brushes .... I love to get a deal but I'm starting to feel like its deals on this gs that didn't pass quality control and instead of tossing or fixing issues they just offload to sites like massdrop. I just bought a technivorm kbg coffee maker and if it arrives with issues like the past few things I have bought I'm done with massdrop. They talk a good game but talk is cheap and actions cost time+money so from my experience so far they just talk...

Feebs@vintrovenas @Feebs actually I got a reply yesterday (just a day after making the ticket! I haven't gotten around to messaging Sennheiser yet but maybe this can help you guys too. I'm based in Asia so the Sennheiser contact for you is probably different.
"I'm happy to see that your order came with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty! This particular vendor asks that members contact them directly for replacement units.
When you contact them, please make sure you provide your transaction ID and have your proof of purchase ready. You can download a PDF copy of your receipt by visiting the transactions page in your member account and clicking the "Download Receipt" button in the appropriate transaction."
