I own the PC 350 SE. Is there $120 difference in quality between that and this offer?

SkeletoramaNo, audio wise these are probably better. Newer tech.
SkeletoramaWe stand by our work that the PC 350 SE was a great, closed-back gaming headset. That said, the PC37X is fundamentally different as an open-backed headset, trading isolation from your listening environment (like earmuffs) a more natural presentation and a bigger sense of soundstage.
If you need the isolation, your current PC 350 SE will suit you well. Otherwise, the PC37X will have greater fidelity.

SennheiserThanks for the reply! I have a few more questions before I commit:
Is the mic similar to the one on the 350 SE? Further, what led to changing the material on the pads? Are they still wearable for an extended period of time without discomfort like the 350?
(For the record, I'm extremely happy with the 350. Easily the best headphones I've got at the moment for sustained wearing)
SkeletoramaThe microphone capsule of both was designed in-house for telecommunications, close-range, and unidirectional pickup. It's a good microphone that will scale up when connected to better analog to dogital converters.
Closed headphones need different pads to help reduce sound from leaking out. That's why the pads are sealed and usually made out of some type of leather (ours are protein leather). We worked hard on the materials selection, so we're glad you like them!
Pads on open headphones tend to feel softer on the skin, using velour (or a microsuede). The pads aren't sealed so a little sound leaks through, but they also trap heat less and should be even better for sustained listening/gaming marathons!
Just like the PC 350 SE, the PC 37X has a "snug" clamping force to distribute weight and keep the headset secure, but the earcups have two axis of movement so they can lay flat against your head to prevent hot spots of pressure. If you found the PC 350 SE comfortable, there's a good chance you would find the PC 37X even more so.

SennheiserJust received my Pc37x today in Brazil (an US friend bought It for me). But the headband part is taking off. I should go for Senheiser warranty or Massdrop Support? :/
NickRosasWe would be happy to assist! As was pointed out by someone else recently, the Massdrop exclusive edition PC37X isn’t listed as a product on our website, so 1.) Go to this website: http://www.sennheiser.com/service-support-contact-center 2.) Fill out the contact and support form 3.) Select either the PC373D or GAME ONE from the product list (these are closest to the PC37X), but explain in the message field that you have a Massdrop PC37X. 4.) Have your Massdrop Order Number and receipt email handy – this will serve as your proof of purchase.
