Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. The PC37X is the PC373D, except in an all black colorway, and the "soundcard USB cable" replaced with an all-analog cable terminated in two 3.5mm plugs (We call it the UNP PC cable). This analog cable is available separately for the PC373D, and an ideal purchase choice if you intend to upgrade to the Sennheiser GSX 1000 external soundcard, which has upgraded technical specs of the DAC and Amp, and Sennheiser's in-house developed 7.1-to-binaural DSP.
