Should I be worried?! I read horror stories about MD simply refunding the order instead of re-sending it. As you can see it didn't even reach my country, it was marked as undeliverable in the Frankfurt sorting center! WTF, this is the set I was most hyped about this year (not entirely true, I wanted GMK Oblivion but it was too expensive with extras and shipping).

KreossI thought it only happened for the first batch, the one that was returned to sender 15th of December, but I see that it did happen to another batch.
According to Wikipedia, BZ 62 stands for "Briefzentrum 62" and that is the really big one in Frankfurt. Maybe it happens because of the very large number of parcels that reach Frankfurt at this time of year. Or DHL screwed up, who knows.
All we can do is curse and wait for support to get back to us.

c_r_zJust got a response back as well, as of 22/12 a reshipment was made. Lets hope that it arrives this time!

KreossMine was also coming to Portugal :( Just asked for a reshipment and got one on the 12/22, ask for one as well and in the support message add the address that you want to be delivered (even if it's same that you have in your account).

ricardo_brazaoMine is in Frankfurt, hope it will actually move on this time. I see that it's not a registered letter like last time (postal tracking number starting with RX), now it's a package (tracking number starting with CG).

ricardo_brazaoThat's very unfortunate to hear, I really have no idea what the hell is DH doing in Frankfurt. They are supposed to simply pass it along to the post organization in the destination country and let them deal with customs and delivery. The fact that they don't do that is absurd.
Mine looks good so far, tracking shows that it left Feucht, Germany and is en route to Romania via truck (the RX...DE tracking numbers are delivered via plane, the CG...DE ones via truck adding a few extra days over the RX ones).

c_r_zGlad you finally got yours! Mine came through as well, but it was a hell of a fight :D! It ended with being shipped by UPS so it didn't stoped at Frankfurt. I don't really know what they are doing there...
