In Massdrop's defense, Matfer is evidently a premium brand, and if you want the Matfer brand then you'll pay more for this basket on Amazon ($5-6). The question is whether you need a basket that's 3 times more expensive than the other brands available on Amazon, or indeed whether you need such a basket at all, when you could line a colander with a dish towel as America's Test Kitchen suggests.
