Got a visit from FedEx today. Nice! The hard part was waiting at work all day before coming home to three boxes (technically four boxes, since I also received a big box from Penzeys). I am planning on using the Sheryl Canter seasoning method referenced in MichaelNW's post.
I will have to wait until Saturday when my Amazon order arrives with Barkeeper's Friend to clean, and Flaxseed oil to season. I did have to open the three boxes though. :D
Beautiful Pans, and the best news was that the 12 inch one will fight in a rather small oven, even with the very long handle.
Very, very pleased with the weld that attaches the handles to the pans since I saw a couple of reviews with pictures of detached handles and read a couple of others stating that the handles were attached crookedly. The bottoms are as flat as a pane of glass.
Now I can't wait for my Paella pan to be shipped!
