Matfer Elveo Thermometer Spatula

Designed for mixing cream, sugar, sauces, chocolate, and more, the Matfer Elveo does double duty as a mixer and thermometer. Made from flexible silicone, it features a built-in thermometer that’s heat resistant up to nearly 430 degrees and accurate to within just 1 degree Celsius. The handle is dishwasher safe, to boot. For something a little less accurate but just as strong, go for the Exoglass spatula, which is made from Matfer’s tough composite material. Both options are naturally nonstick so you can scrape up every last drop.
