Unfortunately, this type of mold isn't what most enthusiasts would be looking for. Muffin mold is too common and doesn't need to be of this quality/material, and on the other hand, Gugelhupf is too specific, so it doesnt appeal to most who already bake these types of items. In my case, I would have consider purchasing if I got to choose from several molds, especially the tart molds or... basically everything other than the muffin and Gugelhupf mold, lol. I worry that zndr says there is not too many cooking experts in the commerce team ... It was very nice of him to display actual usage of the product though.

gardeyDear whoever-is-in-charge-of-this-drop, I see that you haven't taken any of my advice. So again, I will say that this mold is too expensive and unnecessary for any beginning home baker, and redundant for the baker who already bakes Gugelhupfs or muffins. The trend is somewhat dying now but if you bundled this at the same price, with either Bundt cakes and/or a Pandoro recipe (additionally Angel Food, though its a stretch) and its ingredients, like a cake mix, then also slapped on "Great for holiday baking!" and made it arrive by this season, this might have been a more interesting drop. But again I will repeat myself that what enthusiasts would use these gastroflex molds would not be not straightfoward, like i.e. using the muffin molds for a panna cotta, or say the madeline molds to make chocolate inserts -- Gugelhupf molds unfortunately are the least versatile because the shape already dictates what it can/should be.
