Made with stainless steel with an aluminum diffusing sandwich base and a magnetic stainless steel disk for induction cooking, it’s well rounded. No matter what you cook with it—heaps of greens, sauces, or shallow-fried potatoes—it’s got a sure grip thanks to its tube-shaped handle. The unique shape is designed to keep from overheating at the handle section. Reinforced on the edges, the pan also comes with a non-drip rim for pouring precision.
