SpiritOneI think MD should really consider not carrying watches like these where "swiss made" watches don't use swiss-sourced movements. There are so many other watches MD could have sold at this price. Most people that buy stuff on MD are enthusiasts or are beginners trying to get into a hobby "properly". What YOU sell ultimately makes or breaks your reputation.

SpiritOneThe information from these websites is not verifiable, aside from the fact the posts are from several years ago. Mathey Tissot watch movements are Swiss made, in the city of Bienne, Switzerland

danielg_ukYou signed up this month and all you've done is post here twice defending this watch. Furthermore, you haven't bought one as proof by the zero sales of this watch.
................................ okay.
Please provide proof of the movement actually being swiss made ;-) Till then everything present points towards a seagull movement inside an old Swiss company that probably went under during the quartz revolution and is now under new ownership looking for a brand name w/ a little heritage.
