InxsiveHmm will take that into consideration. Anyone know what the warranty is? I didn't see any mention on their webpage: http://www.matrix-digi.com/en/products/59/index.html

However, I'm having problems with it stuttering at higher bitrates, which from my reading, seems to be a common issue with this new model. Manufacture support is so far non-responsive and local supplier here in Australia is equally unhelpful.
Would be worth checking who will be honoring the warranty. Matrix is now a brand I'll avoid in future based on the level of service from both the local supplier and manufacture.
Update: Just got asked to send back the unit for replacement, so support is there, just need patience!
