@admin, can you check the possibility with blue-430. I've joined drop but considering drop out. ML at such complication has a higher risk of issues. If blue in place, will definitely stay in.

SmugmugIs there a source you could cite for your concerns? It would be helpful to folks thinking about joining the drop, but if you don't feel comfortable that's ok too.

dholik8503I do not have a official reliable source as watch makers and dealers would not release repair information on their models. This watch has power reserve, moon phase, perceptual day and date - this is quite a complication for a watch. The more complicated, the more possible point of failure. At this level, great craftmanship and qa is required, and hign design requirement is needed for in house movement. This piece is usually $5000 at grey market and can hardly afford reliable complication. Repair can be expensive - e.g., movement replacement. If blue dial is offered, I am more than willing to take the risk because of the good looking - it'a not more reliable than any of black or silver.
