That’s thanks to the copper exterior, which is much more conductive than other metals. The stainless steel interior preserves the taste and nutritional qualities of the food. The stay-cool handle is made from cast stainless steel with an iron electroplated finish to keep your hands from taking the brunt of the heat. Made in France since 1830, the pieces are backed by Mauviel’s lifetime guarantee. Three lids are included as well.
