I have one of these pots, and many other Mauviel M'cook with the cast iron handles. They are all superb. Kinda drooling over this set because with the stainless handle you can put it in the dishwasher when you get lazy. Have used mine on gas, electric (sadly what we have in our apartment now) and an induction hob and they're super.
