Mechanical Keyboard Sound Isn't That Simple

Looking back just a few years ago, there’s no doubt that the huge influx of people that joined the hobby at the peak of the COVID pandemic were drawn to keyboards by way of YouTube, TikTok, and other audio-visual content platforms. Even as the output from these content creators has waned in recent months, their collective impact and legacy on the keyboard hobby is rather firmly etched in the history books. As a result of all of their sound tests, build logs, and opinion videos, the message is clear to any new person joining the hobby: mechanical keyboards are all about the sound. Update: I was mistaken. Karabiner Elements works fine for mapping this keypad. User error.
Anyway, it looks really nice and I'm happy with it. It didn't take much time to put together either.
The grain on your desk really makes me think I should replace my flat-pack MDF desk with something that has character. Perhaps I should stop spending a fortune on peripheral accessories and replace the junk it sits on.
The RGB is brighter than I thought it would be. I haven’t messed with the software yet since it’s Windows only. I’m just using the default layout.
