lyrillActually there are 3 more look alike's the Monoprice, Xarmor, and Fentek. Anyway an explanation can be found on this link http://www.forums.custompcreview.com/f55/max-keyboard-nighthawk-x8-x9-group-buy-4-thread-643/index3.html and this http://www.head-fi.org/t/611068/best-keyboards-for-gaming/45 It seems among the 5 (with exception of the Qpad) the Max keyboard is the more well known and superior. When it comes to software, PCB design, overall quality, customization, spare parts, accessories, pricing (Qpads are far more expensive), promos/discount, reviews (Amazon), marketing, packaging, excellent customer support, etc. However it seems Max = Qpad are more likely identical (except for the stiff ridiculous price of the Qpad (Logitech in the making) and oh the wristrest lol!). That's why I chose Max Keyboard.

BUT if I'm going to buy another mechanical keyboard (blue switches) just to be used in the office/work (no frills). I'll definitely go for the Monoprice http://www.monoprice.com/products/product.asp?c_id=114&cp_id=11401&cs_id=1140102&p_id=9433&seq=1&format=4 for more than half the price of Rosewill, WASD, Das, etc.) more or less US$ 50. (saw it somewhere for US$40). Maybe after this group buy I hope someone will start to massdrop for a Monoprice Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Cherry MX Blue ;-)

lyrillWell I hope immediately or within 24 hours since Massdrop and Max Keyboard know already the number of people who are going to buy. I'm dying on getting my fingers on this keyboard. Lol!

But according to their FAQ page:

What happens when a group buy ends?
As soon as it ends we total up the number of units purchased through the group buy and we order that many from the product's manufacturer. The manufacturer sends the units to us all at once in a single shipment. Within 48 hours of their arrival at Massdrop's fulfillment center, they're sent out again as everyone's individual orders.

How long does shipping take?
It all depends on how quickly the manufacturer can get the product to us and where you live. Customers in the US can expect to receive their product within 2-4 weeks. For those outside the US it usually takes a bit longer since products have to clear customs and be delivered by the target country's own postal service. Unfortunately we don't have reliable tracking of the products once they've left the US.

CocusDeii currently have about 10 mechanical keyboards, 3 membranes. I have max x9 white LED red switch coming in, along with kbt one brown switch, keycool white LED red switch, ducky shine 3 white LED red switch

So I basically have 1 tkl and 2 full LED keyboards to apply my 2 month old rainbow keycaps sitting around doing nothing(not compatible as I learned after buying,on colored LEDs)
