This is a nice little robot. It's very well made, and the supporting code is well-written. But if you find that you need support, you may be out of luck. When I got mine, the bluetooth module failed after one day. That took away much of the robots functionality. When I approached the manufacturer, they told me that support could only come from the reseller. I approached Massdrop and they said that they had no way to replace the part - the best they could do was to let me return it for a refund. So basically I was out of luck.
I went back to the manufacturer and told them that Massdrop could offer no support. They told me that they would try to send me a replacement, but nothing ever came.
Fortunately, I was able to find the part at Monoprice for $9, so everything is working now. But I was certainly not happy with the lack of support.
