I have one of these tactility folders, and the construction is a little bit disappointing for the price. I'd expect teflon washers on a $20 knife; for $175 I'd want good quality phosphor bronze washers. The cheap and squishy plastic washers don't give the knife a nice and smooth opening as the price suggest, but a grabby and hard opening knife.
The pivot screw is hard to take apart since the nut is smooth. I had to grind a slot in the nut for a blade screw driver to take it apart.
The screws holding the scales together feel a bit soft compared to the torx screws on my US made knives. However, the comfort of the grip and the quality of the blade itself can't be faulted, so if they just fixed the (very minor and easy to fix) gripes I have, this could be a 4.5 star knife for sure.

Mongrel01I'm sorry mongrel, but I don't work for Massdrop. You'd better take your issue up with an actual customer rep.

JonasOAgree with the price for Teflon washers. I was okay with Teflon washer Spydies when I first got into knives but no way I'm paying over $100 for one. Glad makers like Rick Hinderer and their fanboys finally got the message.
