Its truly shameful that our foreign brothers and sisters continue to receive NO response from MD regarding the totally outrageous and ridiculous shipping charges to their respective countries. There are many comments here regarding this but still....nothing from MD. Not good.

rayce444We are well aware of the displeasure voiced by yourself and countless other members about DHL, and we reply quite frequently in discussions - as well as in support requests, where they are not visible. We sometimes are not able to respond to every single comment / complaint about shipping charges; partly because the problem is so prevalent that we simply don't have time, and partly because we don't want logistics issues to dominate discussions.
The painfully obvious solution is to remedy the situation, and I assure you that our team is working to do just that. While it's not possible for us to make changes like this overnight, it is something that we've responded to and are actively working to address.
We appreciate your concern for international members; we share this concern - we want to serve the community as best we can, and expand our international membership so that we can leverage the buying power of an ever-expanding membership base to get the best products at even better prices for the community.
All that being said, if we feel that we're responding and you feel that there is no response, then it's up to us to make sure the responses we do give are more frequent and/or more visible until the core issue is resolved. We'll keep trying. Thanks for holding us accountable.

JonasHeinemanJonas.....huge KUDOS for answering in such a professional and accommodating way. I'm American and love what MD is attempting to do....find us great products at great prices....I want you to succeed on an international level. The most important ingredient for a business is customer service and you have that nailed. I was the CEO of a large European venture capital firm based in Sweden. Shipping is something I always detested because it can truly make or break a young company. Wishing you and MD only the best in the future. Well done, Jonas. Do continue to let "them" know you're trying to fix this....some do not see your posts addressing this and think you're ignoring them. Now I know different and will say so when I read any complaints. Carry on.
