Mayora13Apples and Oranges my friend. My understanding of the AD___X line is that they're open and crisp. I have HD558s and I've listened to HD 439s?... I think that's what those were. These are basically a smaller M50X with 20X sized drivers. Compared to your headphones, these are more in the realm of hip hop, trap, trip hop, edm or anything with a strong to moderate bass note, there are some highs, mids aren't quite there, clarity isn't the best but they're fun for $12.74 ( my price from last drop)
