I also have this cable and must admit that going from SE to balanced on my DH1000 and iFi xDSD makes quite a difference. I think I have to jump on and get another pair or two for my other IEMs...

bluewrecKYes. This cable includes an adapter to let you change from the 2.5 to 3.5.

jsmiller58Lol, my mistake I read that wrong. For some reason I thought you said you couldn't hear a difference using the ifi xdsd with the balanced connector vs your other balanced setup, nvm. :)

just a quick question i Need to change the stock cable of an audiofly 180 iem, and those have something like a waveform carved in the plástic above the connector that have to be form
matched. So i wonder if would
be possible to carve manually the form in the plástic on this cable, ??
i know you got two, hence the question
by the Way i keeep waiting at the airist Dac, but it has been delayed till May. :(
