How "over ear" are these? The ear pieces look smaller at first glance in the pics compared to what Im used to using. Id be getting these to wear at work. I have 12 hr shifts, and Id be wearing them for most of it.
FreskoIf you wear the headphones 8 hrs every day, be smart and invest in the very best you can or can not even afford. You are talking the bulk of your time/life, so you should be good for your self and treat yourself right. It's like when you drive your car a lot for work, it should be as relaxing as possible.. ;-)
GastonI personally dont feel a need for a $200-300 set of headphones. Im not an audiophile. I understand better quality vs mediocre quality, but I wont make use of top notch quality. They will almost never be used for music, as I only really listen to music in the car (And as far as I know, which isnt much, music is the best reason for higher quality heaphones). They would be used mostly for Netflix/Crunchyroll/Twitch, and maybe an audio book here and there. I dont feel any need for $300 headphones for streaming video, which will also be streamed over an internet connection that's over 3mb/s on a good day.
My leading factors are comfort and durability. As long as I can find headphones with high levels of comfort and durability, Im fine with my audio quality being just decent.
FreskoThey won't feel too comfortable for prolonged usage. After like 4-5 hours you'll start feeling some pain around your ears and head. Won't advise you to buy these pairs for work.
Memo99He is right. This headphone will hurt your ears after a couple of hours. Sound is ok to somewhat good. But the comfort is not there. The tip or the outer part of your ears will feel it after a while. So if you are looking for comfortable overear headphone. look elsewhere not this one.
