DaknowWell I'm in France and it all depends on the company used to ship the items internationally. Also you may need to look into possible import fees, depending on what your customs agency charges based on the product/weight/price etc.
But in regards to most US orders, it can take around a week or so. I would say those in EU will have their orders by the first week of December.
