Has this vendor gotten any better about it's firmware releases or customer support? I really like their stuff, but I can't justify any future purchases until they are more open about that sort of thing. It's right at that price point where I don't feel comfortable buying something just be left flat on your ass if something goes wrong or needs tweaking.

This one is pretty safe for the following reasons:
1. It is not a wireless product and only standard and stable technology is used
2. All components are officially supported by QMK, only knobs and buttons. (No joy stick, joy sticks are hard to configure.) VIA online configurator is available.
3. The screen is another module, and it is independent, causing no issues.
We will also upload the JSON file to this page tomorrow.

QMK - However not a QMK firmware supported keyboard.
Only VIA customization.
Complex macros up to the 256 MB.
For 6 layers there is very limiting.

I don't see any mention of the switches being hot swap. Are we stuck with the yellow?

So no manual for how to make this work with Via, what version of Via, how to control the movies/Photos being displayed. Keeb said they would have the via file uploaded here back in september and its still not here. When will this have the support to be usable beyond the pre-configured keys? Or have I missed something with instructions for this device? Other Keeb items Ive gotten here on drop had support and files ready when the devices came out.
