RayFYou get one hand and two rotating disks, so it's a deal! But just one hand is enough for the time. It's easier to read than a two handed watch, when you think about it, from the perspective of a kid learning to tell time at least. The hand in the photo shows about 10:05. The ticks are for five minutes. If it's between ticks, it's, for instance about 10:05 or 10:09 if near the ticks, 10:06 or 10:08 if not centered but not near the ticks, and about 10:07 if centered between the ticks. The Mühle Glashutte einzeiger has double chapter rings, one like this one and and outside one giving ten- and two-minute ticks, but I don't think you really need that.
Einzeigers are called "slow time" watches or watches for people who don't need the exact time. But in reality what do you ever do where you need to know plus or minus five seconds the time rather than plus or minus one minute? I show up at piano lessons a few minutes early anyway. Who cares if it's three minutes or four minutes? Maybe for timing soft boiled eggs it's not ideal, but I have kitchen timers for that. But come to think of it, the kitchen timers are analog mechanical timers, so they are probably not much more accurate anyway, but I've been using them.

Are the purchase levels new? I didn't notice them until now, and I thought I looked. You only have 13 units, the price is $1,800, and you're going to refuse to sell if only one or two orders come in?
Edit: I've been agonizing over this nice watch, but it looks like the lack of interest by the community will end up making my decision for me, given the minimum order threshhold.

Nice watch. I don't know if I could handle a single hand though. I generally avoid watches with out second hands because it is easy to notice if the watch has stopped. It may be too stressful for me to wear this watch. Love the look and functionality. A bit pricey for a gimmicky watch though.

I have owned a Meistersinger, great watches, really fun to wear on vacation and on the weekends. I wish I never sold my Perigraph.

Just so I understand, from the description, the time displayed is 10:05 (ish) and the 2nd time zone is 00:05?

However, this video is wrong in one detail, making me thing that it may be a computer animation where the animator didn't understand the watch and the company didn't notice the problem. As you can see, the date clicks over at 12:00 to the 27th. But the inner second time dial is moving clockwise. It should be moving counterclockwise at that same speed. At 10:00 on the primary, the second zone shows 04:00, at 11:00, 03:00, and at 12:00, 02:00. One zone is travelling forward in time, one backwards. But it's clear how it's supposed to work.
And another screwy animation. Notice the "misprint" on the GMT ring, where 2 o'clock appears twice, and there is no d o'clock. The movement of the rings here is completely crazy. From 00:12:

G-DeuceI stand corrected. I took a closet look at things, and, yes, the number47-3463635 at the red arrow is the second time. You were right.

Lug width of 20 mm is small for a 43 mm watch, but on the other hand I have some nice 20 mm straps due to auction-purchased older watches.
Is this a good price? ETA movement, but made ... In China? No made in Germany stated. Sapphire front and back.
Edit: Case back says Swiss Made. The standards recently changed, with Swiss final assembly now required. I wonder what the manufacturing date was.

Is the sweep hand seconds? If so, it seems really odd to have a second hand on a watch where the minutes can only be read to the nearest few...
Would be interesting if the sweep hand were minutes, like a regulator.

I don’t understand, then, the comment about only being able to tell the time “within a few minutes”... it’s easy to read accurately if that is a minute hand.
