I had pre-ordered this watch from Mercer and received it earlier this summer. With a discount I paid just over $300. I have the blue/stainless band model. It is really attractive as a business casual/dress watch, the blue is striking, and is thin enough to wear with a dress shirt. Shows at the cuff to get your attention. No complaints, good performance, but I don't use it as a true dive watch. Wish I'd waited for the drop of course, nice value at $249 IMHO.
watchkookHi,
How is the bezel? Does it have some vertical play? Example when you tap or press the bezel from top, it's like on a spring and.
I had a Glycine Combat Sub before and I had to return it because the bezel has some vertical play which annoyed me. So I would like to know the bezel condition of this Voyager 2
Thanks
littlequillSorry I did not get back to you sooner on this overlooked & too late by now, have not cheked bezel play but will (not somehitng I normally notice, but I will from now on as a good point).
watchkookI took a plunge and joined the drop. The watch just came today and it turns out it's really nice. The blue dial is stunning. The bezel is firm and no vertical / horizontal play. Overall the quality is much better than voyager 1, which I also had it before.
littlequillGlad to hear you like it and the quality is improved from the earlier version. Wear it well & enjoy! I get quite alot of use out of mine and hope the same for you.
