The die are pretty. However they are nowhere near cubes, the sides are flat, but there is not a single 90 degree angle on any of the die I ordered. So, if you are looking for a pretty bauble, they are great. If you want useable, fair die, useless.
SpesstacoSincere question - not trying to be combative or a jerk - just wanted to understand your comment better and see if things have changed.
I cannot tell by a glance what side(s), if any, are more or less likely to come up when rolled. Thus means that they may be unpredictable, and, if there is a side that is favored, it is (at least as far as I can tell), random. I definitely did not mean to imply that they are intentionality loaded die that were designed to roll (a) certain number (s) with a higher probability than any other number (s).
At the same time, mine most certainly are not actually cubes. They do not have square faces, and none of the angles are "true".
Are your die "fair" (equally likely to roll every number), "true" (exactly cube-shaped), neither, or both?
Again, thing to better understand what you are communicating, and trying to understand whether manufacturing process (or quality control) have improved since my nearly 1-year old set.
Thanks!
