Save your money for a better printer. Awful software, zero support, hardware is ok at best. Skip this one.

freakshowexcesAs a Kickstarter backer for this printer I completely agree. The software is pretty bad. The support is mostly done by the community members, you rarely get anyone giving an official answer to an issue or question. If you are even remotely interested in 3d printing save your money and get a better one, you will be much much happier.

SphexAs a kickstarter backer, I agree as well. Before their short 6 month "warranty" was up they replaced my poorly functioning orange with an even worse functioning orange and I used up an entire roll of PLA just on calibration after trying different things they suggested. They tell you not to use the internal holder for the filament since the motors aren't strong enough to pull it out and even if you print the holder they came up with it won't pull the last 20 or so feet of filament. It is possible that since mine was an orange and no one wanted oranges that I got two of the early ones. I wish I'd hit the "please hold off" button and then asked for one of the clear ones since then I would have known that they had got it about as good as they could get it.
