Very frustrating customer service. I communicated on three different times bith emailed externally and internally from the website and now week later they say to remail email everything from email address I initially sent it from?? I included my order number and all correspondence I hope I'm not getting the runaround This was an expensive purchase and I just want to receive what I ordered.

Careful everyone they're sending the wrong unit and outdated model against what they're advertising on the site. I sent an email about Saturday and Monday and still haven't heard anything. Buyer beware.

My Mighty arrived, but instead of "These units are the upgraded models with reinforced housing.", my unit is numbered 4000 with non reinforced housing and old unit, turns off after 1 minute vs. 2 minutes…I know because I already have a mighty from Storz and bickel and liked it so much thought I'd get another current model. Will message Massdrop for a return.

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 9/8. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Mighty Portable Vape and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 9/9.
