Even at the drop price this product is way too expensive. It's nice and works pretty well but it's still made of plastic, and from what I read, rather easy to break plastic. It warms up quickly and floats within a few degrees of where you set it, but never stays on the desired temp for long. It produces a cool vapor and good clouds. Each draw drops the temp significantly.... It has to be cleaned frequently which is not good. It's big and bulky. It's battery charges quickly but does not stay charged for very long. When the battery gets to half charge it starts creating problems with heating the unit and staying on temp. Pretty weak!.... It has lots of parts, screens and little pieces that have to be taken apart and cleaned for optimum results in vapor production. The most annoying part about using this product is the fact that it completely shuts off after one minute of use. Every minute on the minute. It's a terrible feature that drives me crazy. Buy both an Extreme Q($150) and Air($150) for the price of one of these and you have a desktop and portable at your disposal for the same $300 bucks. It is very nice with concentrates on the concentrates pad that is included. But the concentrates pad is not worth the extra $150. I have nothing to do with either of these companies:Storz&Bickel or Arizer... I own two Arizer Extreme Q's, Arizer Air and the Storz and Bickel Mighty. I used to own the Volcano, as well. For my money I would buy Arizer. Storz and Bickel make good quality products but all of them are way over priced... Arizer products are well made and vapor quality is great. Both the Air and Extreme Q do the same things as the mighty and volcano, just as well if not better in some cases and charge half the price. Just a little more info from an old customer to help new customers to make an educated purchase in the future. Buy the desktop before the portable. I made the mistake of buying the portable before desktop. You will get more use as well as better vapor from a desktop unit than any portable... Word to the wise.

Lostdog54@Lostdog54 ,
You make some valid points about the Mighty and I apologize if it is not as pleasant as any of your Arizer products are.
The Mighty and the Crafty are not maintenance free and do require a proper maintenance schedule. The Arizer Air is easier to clean but has half the power of the Mighty.
There is a decrease in temperature and should be expected when one pulls from the unit. The interesting thing is I personally did not realize this until I had a digital display. The Arizer Extreme Q is powered by 19V and 3400Mah and it keeps up the pace with only minimal decrease in temperature when one takes a draw.
The concentrate pads work excellent but as you stated are a bit overpriced.
