Received my Naos QG today (in Australia) in near mint. It had a slight scratch on the left hand side and a couple of scuffs that went away. Perhaps they're A- stock that's had some slight aesthetic damage during manufacture? It'd be nice if Massdrop let us know this in the first place.
Anyway, the mouse it pretty cool even if it's loaded with gimmicks. I'd prefer if they dropped the sensors and went back to variable weight and DPI setting indicating LEDs on the side like the Naos 5000. One distinct downside is the heartbeat sensor will frequently blast your face with bright green when you take your hand off the mouse/have a loose grip like I do (which negates all the features anyway), which is going to be very annoying if you ever use your computer in a dark environment.
Either way, good mouse for a good price, although I'd rather just track down a Naos 5000.

kais246Yeah, the heart sensor green LED is annoyingly bright and not configurable for color or illumination level. However, you can disable the heart sensor in the Mionix software and then the LED stays off for good. Also, be sure to update your FIRMware, as it adds a few configurable options to Mionix Center.

kais246 Mine also had some scratches/marks on the sides but it was obviously new. It seems to me that the upper side of the packaging caused those marks.
