elimelendezI have a question if you can spare a moment. first the context though : I was in on the last drop, my headset arrived and the microphone mute feature broke within a week, i've contacted Mionix and gone through their trouble shooting and they've confirmed i've received a defective unit and told me to contact Massdrop to get it replaced under the warranty; Question being: i've gone to my transaction history and selected contact support > specific Order Inquiry > the order > Defective / Warranty issue supplied the same information and troubleshooting steps taken with Mionix and submitted the request however its been 2 days and i haven't received any kind of conformation email or acknowledgement that the ticket has been received, how long does hearing back typically take? I'm sorry for approaching you in this manner but the only means of contacting Massdrop seems to be the same system i believe i may be having a issue with and i know a replacement unit has to be ordered alongside the units of the next drop so i'm hoping to get this resolved in time.
