I own two Mionix keyboards and the leds are dead on one and two dead keys on another. Worst customer service too. Avoid these guys like the plague. I bought the second as a donor keyboard after zero help from customer service.

brollyDefinitely agree, a mech keyboard with Cherry switches should meet it's standards.

brollyHi Brolly, wow sorry to hear that.. there is no excuse for that. But let us explain. The Zibal has some great things and some that was less good. About 2 years ago we decided to EOL the Zibal (it is a 6 year old product). We took our time to design the Wei from the ground up. Yet there is no excuse that our customer support failed. Do you have the ticket number left (long shot) but we like to understand what went wrong. You see, we had a period with poor customer support (that person is no longer here). Being a band of 7 people over here in Sweden we like to be best and hate to fail our customers.

MionixTeamNot sure what difference it would make since the keyboard is no longer offered but it was ticket #151 and the guys name was Anders. I uploaded my receipt as I was asked to do and never heard back even after I inquired a few more times.....then gave up.

MionixTeamJust in case anyone is following this I wanted to update it. I was told " Well to be honest to opportunity to make it right was way back when you first put the ticket in there." After pointing out I have 2 dead zibals ($250 out of pocket) they offered me a third zibal which will break in no time....OR a $15 wrist rest. Obviously I declined both.
This is the kind of service you guys should expect from this garbage company.
Good Luck to all

brollyJust read through this and thought I'd wei (pun intended) in. I think to judge a company on events that occurred several years ago which they admit to and even offered to replace years after warranty expiring is far from garbage. I have dealt with Mionix Support in the last year or so and they advanced shipped my 2 brand new mice after failures on mine, and i have been using them solidly since then.
These guys aren't a massive company, and it sounds like your experience was due to a support agent who no longer represents the services they provide. Completely berating a company because a product made EOL years ago, a team member no longer with the company and a good faith offer to sort you our YEARS after the issue occurred is unreasonable.
I'm coming from the perspective of someone who's worked in warranty for PC parts and peripherals, not from some fan boy defending their favourite brand. Mionix can take care of themselves, I just wanted to provide an opinion to anyone else reading this thread.
