I've been wearing the deep blue on chocolate leather for about a month. The overall design is clean but striking. It can be a dress watch or worn casually, looks good either way.
I'm not sure if the dial is printed, but it looks great and doesn't appear flat thanks to the textured design and the protruding hours markers. The hands and markers are lumed and the red second hand is a nice contrasting accent.
The sapphire crystal has taken a few dings without scratches (as expected), but the polished rim of the case around the glass has already accumulated a few swirls and scuffs. The leather strap is soft and comfortable, but also scratches easily, which actually gives it a nice "character" and vintage appeal.
My only gripe is the Miyota 2036 quartz movement, which is acceptably accurate and reliable, but is on the lower end of Miyota's line. Overall, domed sapphire crystal, 316L stainless steel case and lumed hands are a nice package for a $110 watch.
If MD offers a drop on the automatic, I would definitely trade up.
