I received my fat quarter bundle only to open them and find out they are linear quarters NOT fat quarters. The fabric is nice but I was surprised not to get what was offered.

These are shipped to us precut so we will be sure to reach out the vendor. In the meantime, I'll have a customer support rep reach out to you and we can arrange to get your bundle swapped for a proper fat-quarter bundle. We have a few samples at the office and confirmed that they're cut as FQ's, yours must have been an anomaly!

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 6/17. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 6/19 or sooner if something comes up.
