The deck box with sleeves can be bought right now off EBay for $15 with free shipping, and the packs for $15-16 a pack if bought as an entire box, valuing this at a fair market value of around $60. Without buying the packs in bulk, packs are currently valued at $20 per pack in groups of 3 ($60 + $15 = $75). With shipping, this drop is $75-65 dollars, very little discount.

TPBlasterDunno if $40 is fair to the seller as the low end, but $60 should be the high end to consider this a deal, IMO. Matching EBAY "buy it now" prices isn't what I would call a bulk discount for a distributor to move a large amount of product in a single sale.
