On amazon, this version exactly is $237 (this nylon one), only the steel mesh band is at the same price as this one (nylon vs steel mesh is personal preference), aside from the mesh band all other 40mm diameter watches are over the value of this one.
(Also, the nylon strap is a limited edition, they not always sell those)
