So I got this for $225 + tax + s/h from the SPRUNG25 deal. AMA I guess. But here's a quick rundown.
Mounted on an Ergotech 320 Dual Arm as the primary monitor with a QNIX QX2710 @96hz on the side. Powered by a GTX 980 4GB.
144hz is smooth as expected. Apparently there's more motion blur than normal for a TN panel, but it hasn't really affected me when playing games.
Stand is flimsy - flimsier than the korean 1440p monitors. The screws thread into plastic, and the stand just tilts up and down. The VESA mount is shallow similar to the QNIX I have, so I just loaded up half of the mounting screw with washers and screwed it in. My QX2710 has been mounted like this for 2 years with no issues, so I don't expect to have any issues with this Monoprice monitor.
For a TN panel, the colors are pretty good. There's a noticeable difference in colors between the IPS QX2710 and the TN Monoprice. However, I'm pretty satisfied with it and I think that having them side-by-side is still quite feasible.
The menu buttons are pretty small and hard to click, but they work well enough. It does get a bit annoying whenever you go fullscreen at a different resolution since the monitor will display the current display information in a box in the middle of the screen for about 5-10s, so make sure to run your games in windowed borderless if you can.
Power supply was surprisingly decent. A FSP unit with UL listing instead of a cheap chinese fire hazard that I was expecting.
Haven't tested picture in picture, but input switching is simple enough. I connected my XPS 13 to the hdmi input and could easily switch between the inputs with the monitor controls.

CocorickooYep. So far so good. Motion blur hasn't really affected me when gaming and the colors are quite good. Just remember to pick up a vesa mount because the stock stand is g a r b a g e.
