Love this pen. I have a lot of Mont Blancs, and this one is a very nice "everyday" pen. It's not going to be a spectacular addition to your collection, but it's not meant to be - meant to be used.

Incredibly average! Not very substantal. Overpriced by atleast $100. Gave it to my wife. Terribly disappointed. But she loves it.

MMS375Your thoughts mirror my own as did your subsequent action. Of all the Montblancs Ive handled/written with, this is the singular most pedestrian one. Others feel like you're using something of quality, something special. This one feels like you're using a pen. It really puts the meh in pen. Or pmehn I suppose. I'd give it three starts as well, just because I'd have to round up from 2 1/2. The twist action is solid though. Otherwise, it's just a checkbook pen, nothing more.

Pretty disappointing. Basically felt like a bic. it seemed to write like it too. One would think for the price it’s would be a bit more substantial. It wasn’t.

Built quality is excellent and writing. I just expected that pen will be a little bigger and thicker. This pen is more old style pen.
