I've had my eye on these for a while, I have a work related "need" for this, before August.
This time I have the cash, but all the accessories are missing. Won't do the job without the straps.
Sure, change your name, adopt a clever logo...so much easier than trying to satisfy your customers.
Last time the tour was available I wanted otterbrown and it sold out immediately before I could opt into the drop. Now they’re offering it again and without the otter brown color at all! Also there are no accessories with it like the strapettes or rain cover. What the heck massdrop!
I own the daypack, I did look at the tour and dift. You best know how much space you need, because these packs are small. No sure if you can put straps on it, but I almost think you shouldn't be loading these down with too much weight for them to end up drooping to much. I highly suggest looking at bags with simlair size to make sure you are indeed getting what you need. Tour is probably good for a quick hike while a day pack is an all day loop hike pack imo.
Pair these with the Mountainsmith strapettes and you have a fantastic hot weather hiking bag. I've used one in that setup for about 5 years now, hard to beat it for day hikes. Mountainsmith has a good build quality, does not disappoint.
If you use Ebates, there is 4% cash back as well, which makes the product cheaper than Massdrop. Don't even think I need to mention that it will be much faster shipping. Slightly different color options. Backcountry.com also has fantastic customer service.
Sorry Massdrop.

This is actually a pretty decent deal. I did buy the pack, but not on massdrop, and like it very much. Very solidly built.
I wouldn't hesitate on pulling the trigger if you're interested in the pack.
Hi guy's I just got mine today the Drift WOW so small it's OK for kids or someone who doesn't want to carry much water bottle holder'so on each side yes they hold a water bottle but very small hard to fit in the pocket ..and the shoulder strap small for a teen or a very small person
This morning and tried to order 2 tour models. Only to see the ones I wanted were sold out. I agree with Michelle below. There should be some mechanism in place to let prospective buyers know when a limit of units to sell is in play. Work some magic here Massdrop and take our money.
