HootyI've got a set of Mountainsmith suspenders designed to go onto their lumbar packs. I modified mine to work with a large-ish (one FF camera w lens + 4 ad'l lenses LowePro lumbar pack. I had to get creative to make them work with that pack (particularly the front attachment points). But it works. This pack, being a lumbar pack from Mountainsmith, probably already has suspender attachment points, so, if that's what you mean by "backpack", then... probably?
