I saw some had issues with Android App (MOZA Genie), which also doesn't get high ratings on Google Play (2.1/5). Apparently you don't need the app to use the gimbal though. For $80, it seems comparable with the DJI Osmo Mobile 2 (or possibly better in many ways). For $80 (w/free ship), it seems like a steal if it works!

JeremySchwabthere would be some different protocols due to the various brands of mobile phone are using Android. But I think Moza technical team has been trying to do update on APP by fixing the bugs feedback from the end users. With the App Genie, funny video would be very easy to shot.

Gudsen-KevinThanks. Perhaps due to English, but I'm not understanding what you mean by "funny video would be very easy to shot". I understand that different versions of Android may have issues which are now being fixed.
