It does for me too. However, all I have right now is a 290 AMD card. This would not be able to drive this monitor very well. To upgrade to a new AMD card with Freesync is going to cost twice as much as the monitor when it should be about the same. (I want a Vega 56).
thezfunkYeah, I don't intend to use the Freesync and don't wanna spend out the butt for G-Sync, my 970 isn't going to capitalize on it well either, but I have plans for an upgrade in the near future.
Shazb0tMine came in yesterday, and I got it hooked up after work. How would I go about testing to guarantee it's an AHVA/IPS panel? I have another (cheaper) IPS monitor and some TN monitors also on my desk, and just by looks it seems closer to the IPS than the TN.
The Freesync range on the Monoprice website comments says 30Hz to 144Hz. That would be acceptable to me if I could only get a new AMD card for less than 5 bars of gold pressed latinum.
JamiesssThis drop need to 10 people to buy in for the $349.99 price. There aren't any other tiers. If there were additional tiers they would show on the graphic on the description page.
